The Hexagon Public Safety User Group Board would like to announce that registration for our 2020 Virtual conference is now open!  

Individual Registration - $150
Agency Registration up to 10 people - $500

We've got all the fan favorites as well as a great selection of new sessions.  Last year, our Pre-Conference training was on CAD Workflows and the class was overflowing.  This year, we've got another  4 hour Workflows session with Craig Huling on Monday with no class limits and comes free with your conference registration.  We've also got 2 days worth of Hands On Virtual Lab EdgeFrontier Training with Tim Forsberg.  There is a Basics class on Monday and an Advanced class on Friday.  These sessions are $50 each and limited to the first 40 who sign up.  You do not need to attend both sessions.

We will be hearing from an agency who is well on their way to going Live with Cloud-Hosted OnCall Dispatch and another agency who has just successfully gone live with OnCall Records and much more!

The conference will run from 10am EST to 3pm EST all week.

We will be launching a conference portal in mid-October that will be our conference hub.  You will be able to login, create your own schedule, interact with other users, touch base with some of our sponsors, play a few fun games, and access all sessions.  All regular conference sessions are being recorded so if you can't make a session, you can always come back to it later.  Sessions will be made available for at least 30 days past the conference through the portal.  There will also be daily giveaways and game prizes ranging from Amazon Gift cards, a 3D printer and even a DJI Mavic Mini drone during the closing session.  

For those doing an Agency registration, the first person to register will become the defacto Group Leader and all registrations must be done through that login.  If you need to add users after the initial registration, it must be done through that Group Leader.  After registration, each individual can access their own registration.  If your agency would like to pay via PO or check and you need a group invoice, please email This email address is being protected from spambots.
